Description
Kichli Samba Rice Adai Dosa Mix — a protein-packed adai mix built on organically grown Kichli Samba with four dals. Adai dosas are thicker and heartier than regular dosa — a filling, nutritious meal in itself, made with a traditional lower-GI white rice.

Ingredients
Kichli Samba raw rice, Whole moong dal, Channa dal, Tuvar Dal, Red chillies, Dried ginger, Hing, Dried curry leaves. Organically grown · 100% vegetarian · no preservatives, colours or flavourings.

Usage info — How to make Kichli Samba rice adai dosa

  1. Soak one cup of Adai Dosa mix with enough water to make a thick batter. Let it rest for 1–2 hours to soak and soften.
  2. Add salt; adjust consistency with more water to make a thick batter.
  3. Add chopped onions. Optionally add bottle gourd, pumpkin, carrots or coriander to make it more nutritious.
  4. Heat a dosa tawa, pour thick dosas, drizzle oil and roast until golden on both sides.
  5. Serve with coconut chutney, tomato chutney or avial, with a dollop of fresh butter on the adai.

Benefits

  • Organically grown Kichli Samba plus four protein-rich dals
  • A complete, filling meal — no fermentation needed, just a short soak

Good to know

Questions, answered

What can I make with one pack?

Four things: koozh (porridge), mudde (sangati balls), dosa and puttu — the steps for each are below.

Is it good for daily breakfast?

Yes — ragi is naturally rich in calcium and fibre, and the Kaatuyanam rice adds a low-GI grain base.

Can babies or elders eat it?

Ragi porridge is a traditional first food and comfort food. Cook it thinner for easier eating.

Why is the ragi soaked first?

Traditional soaking improves mineral absorption and digestibility — the way it was always done.
