Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are milled and packed fresh in Chennai, dispatched within 1–2 working days, and typically delivered in 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and pincode.

You'll receive tracking details by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

Returns & replacements

Because our products are fresh food items with no preservatives, we can't accept returns of opened packs. But if anything arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you — no fuss.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the damaged/incorrect policy above applies.
