Questions, answered
How long does one pack last?
Each 200 g pack makes roughly 4 servings. Once opened, store it air-tight in the fridge and use within 3 weeks.
Why must I soak for exactly 5 minutes?
Heritage rice noodles rehydrate fast. Over-soaking makes them mushy; exactly five minutes gives soft, springy strings.
Is this good for kids and elders?
Yes — there is nothing in the pack except rice, salt and a trace of coconut oil. The grains are traditionally considered easy to digest.
What do I serve it with?
Coconut milk with sugar, kurma, stew, or simply grated coconut and a drizzle of ghee.
